Seahorses is a large detached bungalow with breathtaking views. It is in an elevated position looking down on Polruan village, the harbour, the castles and Fowey town.  Along the full length of the front of the bungalow is a split-level sun terrace overlooking the harbour.  The village pubs, shops and passenger ferry to Fowey are within 500 yards and this property has two on-site parking spaces.

There are two bedrooms. One faces west and has a double bed, harbour views, a television and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The other bedroom faces the garden and enjoys the morning sun. It has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and vanity unit. There is an additional cloakroom with a toilet in the utility room.

There is a large lounge with a picture window over looking the harbour, a television, DVD and CD player. The spacious kitchen/dining room is open plan with patio doors leading to the sun terrace.  It is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge and dishwasher.  A utility room adjoins the kitchen and has an automatic washing machine, freezer and door leading to the rear garden and side entrance.   

Seahorses has oil-fired central heating. The cost of this and all electricity is included in the rent.  All bed linen is provided and a cot and high chair are available if required.  Outside there is a large sun terrace overlooking the harbour and a pleasant rear garden with limited harbour views.  Garden furniture is provided.  As the bungalow is in an elevated position, there are steps (from the parking area and in the rear garden) that some visitors may find inconvenient.  

There is ample parking for two cars.
