Pentire is a lovely bungalow that looks out over the river Fowey and has
some views to seaward. It provides very comfortable accommodation for three
people and is within walking distance of the quays, shops and inns.
The comfortable lounge is equipped with a Villager woodburner for off season use and a television, DVD and CD player. There are splendid views up the river to Bodinnick. A glazed door opens onto the Cornish stone sun terrace and the small lawned garden which provides an ideal place to sit.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The double bedroom has river views. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Pentire has a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. In addition the utility room outside contains an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Bed linen is supplied and a travel cot and high chair are available if required. Heating is provided by night storage heaters and electricity is included in the rent. Unloading is possible within 10 yards of the bungalow. The coastal footpath and car park are approximately 100 yards away. Weekly tickets are available. The village shops, pubs and ferry to Fowey are within six hundred yards.
A very small dog may be allowed by prior arrangement.

What's included?
These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Pets
A well behaved pet (over one year old) may be accepted by prior arrangement at this property. An additional weekly charge of £20 per pet is made and a damage deposit of £30 is also required. Visitors bringing pets must observe the pet rules.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
