The apartment is a generous size for two people and has one double bedroom. The bathroom has bath (with shower over), toilet and washbasin. The spacious sitting room has a large window which gives fantastic views over the harbour towards Polruan and out to sea. A television, DVD and CD player/Radio are provided. The kitchen is a good size and has a dining table, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and a window giving angular views of the harbour.

Please bear in mind that being at the top of the building there are around sixty steps up through the garden to this property. However, the view more than makes up for the climb.
