Method 1. Online booking

The availability is shown on each property page or via the Holiday Search. You can tick the week(s) you want and then click "Book Now". Follow the instructions to complete the online booking form. Initially, we will send an automated email acknowledging your provisional booking. Once we have checked your booking and the necessary payment has been received we will send written confirmation. The online booking system can only be used for weeks or multiple weeks. Please phone or email us to arrange short breaks.

Method 2. Telephone booking

If you prefer not to book online or want a short break you can telephone us on (01579) 344667 to confirm availability and make a provisional booking. This method is also best for customers who would like to speak to us in person or have any questions about the property they want answered before booking.

Method 3. Using the Booking Form from the brochure

We are still happy to receive bookings through the post. To avoid disappointment please telephone to make a provisional booking before submitting the form.

Payment for all booking methods

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards or cheque. There are no surcharges for paying with a credit card.

Card payments

If you want to book online and pay by card, you can either put the details on our secure online booking form or if you are not happy to do this the booking system does give an option to give the details via the telephone instead.   

Cheque

Please submit the booking form to us and follow the instructions for sending your cheque.

Payment terms

For advanced bookings you can pay a 40% deposit at the time of booking then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking please.

Please note

We will issue formal written confirmation of your booking once the booking form and deposit or full payment is received at our office. To avoid any doubt, a binding contract only comes into effect when we issue the booking confirmation.

Books & Maps

When you complete the booking form, you can order books and maps from us which will be sent to you with your confirmation. There is no charge for postage and packing. The following are available:

2. The Roseland to St Austell Bay by Bob Acton - £4.95 -18 Walks
3. OS Landranger Maps Sheets 200 and 201 - £6.99 each
4. OS Explorer Map Sheet 107 - £7.99 (best map for Fowey area)
5. Touring Map of Cornwall 1:100,000 - £4.99 an excellent general map of Cornwall

Pets

If you plan to bring a pet with you on holiday please click here to read the pet rules. We will require a separate £30 damage deposit which is refundable after your holiday.

A note about the location maps

The maps which show the location of our properties are driven by postcode. Therefore the pointer may not be precisely on the property but will be within a short distance. If you are unsure about the exact location of a property please ask.
