When you have decided on a suitable property you can either:

1) Telephone us on (01579) 344667 to confirm availability and make a provisional booking and then complete the online booking form.  This method is best for customers who would prefer to speak to us in person or have any questions about the property they would like answered before booking.

OR

2) If the property you have chosen is showing as available on the website for the dates you require you may prefer just to complete the online booking form straight away.  Once we receive this and have checked availability we will send back an email confirming your provisional booking. Please note all bookings are dealt with by us in person so there may be a delay in our reply during evenings or weekends. 

In either case, we will issue formal written confirmation of your booking once the booking form and deposit or full payment is received at our office. To avoid any doubt, a binding contract only comes into effect when we issue the booking confirmation.  

Payment - We accept payment by debit card, credit card or cheque. 

Cards - If you want to pay by card please submit the booking form and follow the instructions about phoning us with your card details.   

Cheque - please submit the booking form to us and follow the instructions for sending your cheque.

Pets - If you plan to bring a pet with you on holiday please click here to read the pet rules.  We will require a separate £30 damage deposit which is refundable after your holiday.
