Only three hundred yards from Fowey Harbour in the tiny waterside village
of Bodinnick, Choughs is a pleasant bungalow with rural views. It provides a
good standard of accommodation and has the benefit of private parking.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and a single. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over and a washbasin and there is a separate lavatory with washbasin beside the bathroom. There is a large living room with television, video, CD/Radio, DVD player, an open fire and a sunroom. The well equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is ducted hot air central heating and an open fire. The cost of electricity is included in the rent.
Bed linen will be supplied. A travel cot and high chair are available if required. There are front and rear gardens and parking space for two cars. A barbecue is provided.
The Old Ferry Inn and the ferry to Fowey are within 300 yards. The nearest shops are in Fowey and are approximately three quarters of a mile via the ferry.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

What's included?
These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Pets
A well behaved pet (over one year old) may be accepted by prior arrangement at this property. An additional weekly charge of £20 per pet is made and a damage deposit of £30 is also required. Visitors bringing pets must observe the pet rules.

Outside the main holiday periods, short break holidays can usually be arranged at the following percentages of the weekly rate.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
