Bowes Cottage is a traditional property situated just a few minutes walk from the main shops, inns and restaurants of Fowey. It has been tastefully furnished refurbished and provides a high standard of accommodation. Facing south, it enjoys the sun throughout the day and is light and airy throughout.  The beach at Readymoney Cove is within ten minutes walk and just beyond that is St Catherine’s Castle and the coastal path to Polridmouth and Gribbin Head. 

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and good views of the harbour and Pont Creek. It is a dormer room on the second floor. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor.  At the front is a double bedroom with views over the town and harbour glimpses and at the rear is a twin bedroom with two single beds. The family bathroom has a large shower and separate bath, lavatory and washbasin.

All the living space is on the ground floor. There is a dual aspect open plan living room with a range of comfortable chairs, dining table, coal effect gas fire, television, basic SKY and DVD player.  The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.  A washing machine and tumble drier are provided in the utility room. From the kitchen a door opens into a small rear courtyard with bench seat. 

Bowes Cottage has gas central heating making it suitable for holidays at any time of year.  The cost of heating and electricity are included in the rent.  Bed linen and towels are supplied.  A travel cot and high chair are available if required. Unloading is possible within 15 yards of the cottage. The car park is around 250 yards away and weekly tickets are available.
